Herb Butter Lobster Rolls

Create these delicious Herb Butter Lobster Rolls paired to perfection with Pomelo Sauvignon Blanc!

Recipes serves 4.


  • 4 lobster tails
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 small French rolls
  • 1-2 avocados, sliced thin
  • Microgreens or spouts


Fit a large pot with a steamer basket, add water and sliced of a lemon.

Steam lobster tails until bright red and cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Remove lobster meat from tails and combine with melted butter, chopped herbs and the juice of 1 lemon. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toast French rolls until lightly browned, and add sliced avocado, lobster salad and microgreens.

Enjoy with a glass of Pomelo Sauvignon Blanc!
